Overview
Critical Language Service wanted to modernize its website with the objective of boosting new student sign-ups.
Critical Language Service, an online Arabic language school, recognized the need for a website overhaul as their current site, in use for 11 years, as it no longer accurately represents the company's services. To assess the extent of the necessary improvements, I embarked on a comprehensive six-week UX process. The refreshed design embraced student input, aiming for a vibrant, enjoyable, and light-hearted appearance, featuring images and work from real students. Informed by research on similar businesses, it also integrated a user-friendly self-study course for beginners. This course functions as a promotional pathway, enticing website visitors to enroll in a complimentary trial lesson. This project was my first experience building an interactive prototype in Figma. It showed me that organization and consistent naming conventions are essential for constructing functional prototypes. Following user testing and client consultations, we're advancing to building the design into a Webflow website, focusing on refining animations and unique Webflow features.
